Production know-how combined with economies of scale
Addchance understands the requirements to stay competitive and continually improves its dyeing efficiency and technology. A pioneer in cooperating with DuPont, Addchance was the first in Asia to successfully adopt the application of TEFLONŽ Fabric Protector, a water and oil repellency technology, on dyed yarn for knitting. The application of TEFLONŽ technology has been widely used by many international apparel brand operators and the benefits have been well received in the industry.
To leverage the benefits of economies of scale, Addchance has invested heavily in our core yarn dyeing business. Equipped with cabinet, cone, and spray dyeing vats, Addchance is able to cater to a wide range of customer needs. Utilizing one of the largest vats in China, the 26,000 lb cone dyeing vat enables the Group to reduce order production variance and also increases economies of scale.
In addition to the advanced production technologies, Addchance prides itself in production know-how of dyed yarns. This, combined with scaleable capacity, enables Addchance to minimize its production costs, providing us with product differentiation and effectively enhancing our competitive pricing edge.
