Dyed Yarn
State-of-the-Art Technology with Production Know-How Quality dyed yarn has been Addchance's primary product for over two decades. The Group understands the need for technology and process improvement, and by implementing state-of-the-art production facilities a high level of automation is achieved. Addchance utilises various advanced dyeing vats to cater to different customers' needs and has the facilities to address capacity requirements from 6 lbs to 26,000 lbs. Developed in conjunction with the professional German machinery provider Thies, Addchance boasts one of the largest cone dyeing vats in China. This high-tech 26,000 lb vat allows dyeing larger quantities of yarn simultaneously to minimise production variance and damage to fabrics. Furthermore, the reduced water consumption, electricity and chemicals save costs and production time. |
 Addchance's strong R&D capabilities facilitate new innovative products which fulfil market and customers' requirements. The Group's production development team has successfully mastered various dyeing techniques in contemporary textile materials such as tencel yarn, tencel/wool blended, tencel/rayon blended, soybean protein fibre, bamboo, bamboo/cotton blended and PLA (corn fibre). Through years of development and refinement, Addchance has perfected the production of over 200 types of dyed yarn made of cotton, cashmere, ramie, rayon, acrylic, polyester, silk, wool, nylon, linen and mixtures of the above.
